Self Defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals - Our 30 lesson course designed to provide students with the knowledge they need to defend themselves in a real life-threatening situation.

Grappling is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - In a real fight it is usually not a matter of choice whether you end up on the ground. Therefore the grappling class focuses on techniques from the ground.

NO GI Open Mat- On Friday Nights advanced students leave their GIs at home and participate in the NO GI open mat. The NO GI Open Mat presents an opportunity for our students to realize that the techniques they learn in Jiu Jitsu work regardless of what the aggressor is wearing.

Practice / Open Mat - Gives our students an opportunity to practice the techniques they have learned . Students that have one strip on there white belts or higher can now Grapple/Spar live with other students to help them improve there Jiu-Jitsu Skill, taking it to the next level.  Practice Is intended for students to have an opportunity to put their knowledge into action.

Kick Boxing - Kick Boxing is offered for only the students who have completed the 30 Lesson Self Defense Fundamentals course.

Advanced - Available for Blue Belts and above.
